This should make blinds more reliable, and BLE devinces on EG more
reliable, too.

artem 780d26c39a Connect Airthings Wave Mini directly to esphome 
They tend to drop occasionally, I suspect because of some implementation
issue on either side. Perhaps binding them to a single device can
improve reliability.

This can be used to power cycle critical infrastructure, which may
render the switch unavailable if turned off.

The myStrom doesn't really fit nicely because of the not-so-flat OTO
socket nearby.

We will eventually use shadow-udmp to turn on shadow UDMP periodically
for config sync.
