Disable mqtt completely on btproxy
...
It's very confusing now that all states are written to the same
mqtt topic.
Besides, the only function ever used from it (logs) is now
in syslog.

Something happened and they went down. During reflash the firmware was
upgraded to v3 which made them discoverable via BLE.
Repurposed Ruuvi to a generic BLE proxy then.
