J. Nick Koston d7b5a8e9c8 [store_yaml] Use the shared zstd, progmem and raw api client helpers

GetYamlResponse marks its data (progmem), so every platform streams the
blob straight from flash and the ESP8266 bounce buffer is gone. The zstd
import and the integration test's plaintext client use the shared helpers.
