Jesse Hills d20c7caece [core] Add relation option to sub-devices

Each entry under esphome: devices: can now say whether it is a separate
physical device reached through this node (via, the default) or a logical
part of this node (child). The value is sent in DeviceInfo so Home
Assistant can model the device correctly.
