J. Nick Koston c26d5502f9 Re-match only the names the registry missed, and say when one is satisfied

The final pass considers only the by-name nodes whose registry miss was
skipped, not nodes dropped by the platform filter, and logs at info when
a name warned about as missing is satisfied by a library pulled in later.
