J. Nick Koston 9b8f4b5a5d [api] Replace std::bind with lambdas in CustomAPIDevice

Replace std::bind calls in subscribe_homeassistant_state template
methods with equivalent lambdas. Uses static_cast<T*>(this) instead
of C-style cast for type safety.
