Bryce Boe cf2131a367 [api] Let a media_player ask for a constant bitrate
Home Assistant emits mp3 at ffmpeg's default, which is variable bitrate.
A decoder that cannot follow one had no way to say so. 0 means no
preference, so nothing changes for a device that does not set it.
