Keep espidf-only infra out of the esp8266 native trigger set

The dev merge moved the ESP-IDF trigger constants into clang_tidy_hash;
the esp8266 set keeps its explicit shared-module list with a subset
tripwire against the imported set instead of unioning it wholesale.
