J. Nick Koston 3b79d6fcaa [store_yaml] Emit the blob as a flash symbol instead of a component ...

Codegen emits STORE_YAML_DATA and STORE_YAML_DATA_SIZE the way the wizard
does, so the component, its global pointer and the wait for its setup are
gone and the API reads the blob directly. Record whether a sensitive value
came from !secret once, merge the unencrypted warnings, compute the remote
package list once and trim comments.
