J. Nick Koston 7423ad3abd [core] Replace std::bind with lambdas across components ...

Mechanical replacement of std::bind with equivalent lambdas in 13
components. Lambdas are more readable, generate smaller objects, and
avoid pulling in <functional> machinery.

Components: sht4x, nau7802, max31855, max31865, max31856, max6675,
dps310, ms5611, ms8607, esp32_improv, improv_serial, sprinkler,
midea.
