J. Nick Koston b8c26bea20 [ci] Build integration tests without debug symbols, re-run failures with them ...

Debug symbols double the object size and nothing reads them on a passing
run. A failed bucket re-runs its failed tests with -g, core dumps and gdb,
so a crash prints a backtrace.
