A nested secret_values_registered context hands the collector back to the
outer one. decode_fields asserts on truncated length-delimited and fixed32
fields, and read_frame documents that it returns the oldest unconsumed frame.
force_load_include_files creates its result once and the recursive walker
returns nothing, the never nested secret collector is a single set, package
sources are an ordered dict returned as a tuple, and the raw api client
shares one receive step.
read_frame() returns the next payload of a message type and decode_fields()
splits a payload by field number, for messages the installed aioesphomeapi
does not know yet.
